Having had a minor bump involving another vehicle I uncharacteristically left the scene of the accident without exchanging details with the owner of the car I had damaged. I was reported to Cobb Traffic Dept who interviewed me and charged me. I didn't know how to handle it and didn't know anyone to ...advise me about what to do next.
