A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Case Expunged!
Mr. Nash was able to get my case expunged & handled everything. I only had to go to court with him once. He is a very pleasant and personable person. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Job Well Done!
I hired Mr. Nash because I was unjustly ticketed and did not want points on my license or an increased insurance premium. Excellent defense attorney in fighting traffic violations and citations.
Called Mr. Nash and I spent little time explaining my case, before he knew exactly what to say. He laid out every option issued in reference to the ticket I received and they were all quite reasonable. I'd definitely use him again in the future, if I ever find myself in this predicament.

Traffic Citation
