A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Excellent service and friendly
I Charged with moving too close and hit vehicle, which has 3 points on the record, Nash helps me to clear this and no points on my driving record and no visits to the court. He completely take care of the case and very responsive.

Excellent lawyer!
I was charged with failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions. Both tickets were dropped and I got to keep my clean record with no added points. I did not have to appear in court and everything was smoothly dealt with and very easy!
