A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Worth his weight in gold
I received multiple citations for the same stop. I feel I am a very safe driver with relatively clean driving history. Traffic Ticket
Tough situation I found myself in, I received ticket and 3 points staring me in the face. Called Sam, he listened, advised best way through this (he would contact prosecutor as well as go to court on my behalf) and he came through, ticket dismissed. I am very appreciative!
