A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

I was issued a ticket for stop sign violation and my address not being updated on my license. Sam was able to get a reduction of the original charges to Basic Rules Violation. Resolved my tickets, as he said he would.
He was very helpful getting the ticket resolved. I am very glad I used him. He was very straight forward and the outcome was exactly as he said it would. No points on my record as if I never received the tickets. So my insurance rates will not go up.
