Charles J. Engelberger III

I have worked with Charles twice, the first time was with my divorce case 6 years ago and he did such a great job that I hired him again, this time for a criminal case. He answered his phone every time I called him, he is very thorough and fun to watch in court. My ex husband tried to accuse me of cr...edit card fraud and honestly it was worth the pain and money to watch how Charles defended me and tore him to shreds getting the case dismissed. I was facing felony charges and he ferociously defended me and proved my ex husband was lying. Thank you again Charles, I hope to never need an attorney again but you know if I do I will be calling you!

I cant say not one bad thing about Mr. Engelberger. I hired him to represent my daughter in a criminal case He was very informative, stayed on top of things, kept us in the loop about every single step that he took. He conducts himself in a very professional manner, he's on time for court and I was v...ery impressed with how hard he fought in the courtroom. He returns calls even when he was on vacation in Jamaica ( Sorry about that Charles ) All in all I would give this man 5 stars and would without a doubt, hire him again if ever in need of representation. If you need an attorney I'm telling you this is your guy. Thank you Mr Engelberger for everything that you have done.

Mr. Engelberger was appointed to my mother in regards to a felony case that could have had severe consequences. He always returned my phone calls and answered all of my questions. He is incredible in the courtroom. He is quick, witty and intelligent. When I heard that her felony charge has been d...ismissed I couldn't believe it! I called him at once and thanked him. He is no match for any prosecutor, because of his quick rebuttal arguments. He takes the time to gather all of his evidence prior to court and in the words of Johnny Cochran the best lawyers are the ones who are "prepared, prepared, prepared." He is definitely worth hiring if you are facing criminal charges. I cannot recommend him enough, he actually impressed me more than a lawyer I previously hired for my mother who had been an attorney for 32 years. Kind man, tough in the court room.
