She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades in Math and Science from West Georgia College in 1992 and graduated Cum Laude. Tracy then received her J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia in 1995 graduating Cum Laude and her Masters in 2015 in Middle Grades Education in Math and Science.
