INEXPERIENCED/BAD CHOICE!!!
When you hire an attorney, they'll tell you they're good for the job and unfortunately this attorney and his firm, bank rolled me while ruining my case for restitution & damages. It was also later discovered that he had absolutely zero experience in vehicle accident/personal injury claims, and yet he...
Mr. Badalian, I am sorry the outcome of your case was not satisfactory to you. As you know, our firm informed you of the strengths and weaknesses of your case many times throughout our representation of you. Each time, you decided to proceed. We had an hourly fee agreement, which you agreed to and never complained about until now. The offer and settlement obtained for you was fair and actually quite generous based on the damages you could prove. There were many mitigating issues with your case that caused the value of the same to be less than you wanted. Such is life. I wish you the best in the future.
