About Robert

Learn Robert’s areas of practice.

Mark is a lifelong resident of Gwinnett County, a graduate of Parkview High School, and an Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 549 in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science. He went on to Georgia State University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2015. While in law school, Mark focused his education on getting practical experience and learning Georgia probate and business law. Mark proudly served low-income Georgians as a Fellow at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic by working with the IRS and advocating on behalf of his clients. He honed his legal reasoning and writing while working for the Honorable Chief Judge Gail Tusan at the Fulton County Superior Court both during law school and while awaiting his Bar Exam results. In law school, Mark received several awards for academic excellence in the subjects of Security Interests & Liens, and Georgia Practice & Procedure.

Mark joined the firm in 2015 after passing the Georgia Bar. He has a passion and personal interest in helping our clients navigate and make sense of the law, as well as avoid the pitfalls of Estate Planning and Probating Estates. He has seen first-hand how proper planning, or lack thereof, can affect family relationships, and works with our clients to help them assure their wishes are known and will be carried out. Mark also puts his knowledge of the Courts and Georgia law to use in our firm’s thriving probate practice where he assists our clients in probating estates and litigating estate disputes.

Mark is dedicated to serving Gwinnett County and its citizens. He has been appointed by the Gwinnett County Probate Court as a Court Appointed Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem. In that capacity, Mark represents the interests of children and adults in various litigation and guardianship and conservator matters. Mark is a member of the Gwinnett Bar Association and the DeKalb Bar Association.

Mark knows that the law is dynamic, and is always learning so he can give his best work to our clients.
