Biography
James M. Miskell has been practicing law in Georgia for over fifteen years. He has litigated in nearly all the Courts of Georgia (Probate, Magistrate, Recorder’s, Municipal, Traffic Violations Bureau, State, Superior, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court) as well as Federal Court. His experience ranges from traffic cases to complex criminal cases to family law including child custody and support issues to the drafting of wills and related documents ensuring a person’s wishes are carried out.
