I began my practice with a law firm that litigated catastrophic injury cases throughout the United States.  While there, I appeared and argued cases in more than a dozen states.  That firm also handled class actions against banks, in the area of securities fraud and against automobile manufacturers.  

Ten years later I founded my own law firm with two partners where we continued to focus on catastrophic injury cases but with an emphasis on pharmaceutical product liability and nursing home litigation.  After another seven years of actively pursuing many cases at the same time, I decided to cut down on the number of cases I would undertake to have more time to spend on each.  This allows me to be the main contact for every one of my clients and devote much more time to each one.  I make certain my clients know everything that is happening as we progress forward and will get a call or an email back in 24 hours or less whenever they have a question.

In addition to the cases I handle in my practice, I work with a six person law firm in downtown Atlanta that handles everything I do not, from aviation to major criminal cases and most everything in between.  The law firm also has lawyers who specialize in federal wage and salary cases as well as church and charitable entity law.
