Wonderful!

Marc is a wonderful attorney, who personally guided me through the entire legal process. I was stressed out, and frankly confused by the allegations against me, but Marc was patient with me, and made sure to educate me about everything that was going on. He advised me on classes & other things that I... needed to do before court, things I never would have thought of on my own. Most importantly, he was able to get my charges dropped! I would definitely recommend him to others. I’ve always heard bad things about attorneys, so dealing with Marc was a very pleasant surprise!

Excellent !

Our 19 year old son was arrested for marijuana possession. This was a very difficult time for our family. Marc treated our son like an adult and was very passionate about making this his only time he was in trouble. Marc lectured him about the law and consequences. He assigned research to our son t...o make sure he was aware of marijuana's affects on driving. He also made sure our son was going to pay us back for the fees. We hope to never need his services again, but would not hesitate to recommend him.

Absolutely the best Lawyer around

Mr. Cunat worked diligently and quickly to get me what i believe to be best result possible for my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and and never 'sugar - coated' anything per my predicament. I selected him 5 days after being apprehended and the moment I made the choice, he was already givin...g me assignments that he knew would be required anyway allowing me to wrap everything up 10 times as quickly as anyone else. I was always able to get a hold of him when i wanted and he always returned my calls and emails promptly. The day he sealed my deal, he had me in his office explaining everything required to complete my case and said i could always call him if i had any questions. He has more than 30 years of experience and is worth every penny, no matter what the cost.

Best Possible Outcome!!!

Marc Cunat is the Best Criminal Defense Attorney in Forsyth County. He has an extensive knowledge of the law. He is extremely dedicated and genuinely cares about his clients. Marc and his staff kept us fully informed through out every aspect of the legal process. He represented my son as a juvenile ...on a drug offense and again as a young adult on a dui and a probation violation. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to represent my son. Marc went above and beyond during my son’s legal issues and I truly believe that he was instrumental in saving my son’s future.

Pretrial Diversion

Marc Cunat recently represented me in my first any only conflict with the law. He was able to keep me from going to court and get me into a pretrial diversion program that will in the end wipe all of the charges off my record. I would definitely recommend him to anyone facing charges in Forsyth Count...y as he has proven to me he can get results quickly and knows all the ins and outs of this legal system.
