Wonderful!

Marc is a wonderful attorney, who personally guided me through the entire legal process. I was stressed out, and frankly confused by the allegations against me, but Marc was patient with me, and made sure to educate me about everything that was going on. He advised me on classes & other things that I... needed to do before court, things I never would have thought of on my own. Most importantly, he was able to get my charges dropped! I would definitely recommend him to others. I’ve always heard bad things about attorneys, so dealing with Marc was a very pleasant surprise!

Hard Worker & Great to Work With

Marc helped us out so much. He was invested and worked hard from the moment we sat down with him. He didn't limit our time with him, but instead sat down and really tried to understand the situation and see what he could do to help us. I am so grateful for his hard work. Thank you, Marc!!!

Great experience in a not so great situation!!

Marc and Morgan were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning they were honest and open regarding all possible scenarios. They immediately made me feel I was in good hands. Outstanding!

Marc came highly recommended to me by one of his colleagues, and I was more than pleased with how my legal matter was handled. He spent ample time with me when we first met to discuss my case, never rushed me, and was very clear and concise. I felt very comfortable talking to him, and had no surprise...s along the way because of the detailed direction he gave. I also can't praise Morgan Samples enough. I communicated with her often, and she was always very prompt and courteous. Morgan has the highest level of professionalism, but at the same time, is very supportive and empathetic. I always felt that my case was very important to both of them, and this surely helped during a challenging time.

Better in Forsyth County does not exist.

I hired Marc Cunat as my attorney for a case in 2008. He could not have been more professional, honest, clear and patient with me. Legal processes are long and complicated, and if you're hiring a defense attorney, it generally means you have something to lose. Mr. Cunat did an amazing job in fighting... my case and showing the court the truth about my situation. It was my first and only offense, and I could not be more pleased with how Mr. Cunat handled my case. Still to this day, he offers me legal advice if necessary and has been a pleasure to work with.
