Experience makes all the difference!

We chose Kyle to help us negotiate the legal process regarding a super speeder ticket and reckless driving charge for our 16 year old. Due to his vast experience as a deputy, a prosecutor, a judge pro temp in juvenile court and a specialist in the juvenile court arena we were able to stay calm and c...onfident through the process. Kyle knew exactly what to do to achieve the best outcome while being sure our son was "learning his lesson" along the way. He is a "straight talk" kind of guy who is very effective with teens. His is extremely effective in the courtroom because he understands every other person in the room (he has served in their role) and their desired outcomes - this gives him a great advantage when negotiating for his clients. Additionally, Kyle knew ALL of the requirements that the Judge and Prosecutor would expect. Thanks to his direction, our son was able to complete all of the classes and community service before the court date arrived and based on his commitment and hard work, Kyle made a strong and compelling case for a minimal suspension of his license. He is a man of character and integrity-- he will do what he says and keep you informed along the way. Kyle was the perfect attorney for our family and we would highly recommend him.

Going through a divorce? Hire Kyle Epps immediately

When I was faced with a complex divorce case (custody of two young children, an ongoing affair and tangled assets), I knew I needed a lawyer that could help me navigate the legal system in a way that would bring a speedy resolution while causing minimum trauma for my children. I was referred to Kyle ...and found that his expertise is not the kind that can be taught in law school. It's the kind that only comes from his years as a juvenile court judge, police officer, father and successful trial lawyer. Only this combination of know-how earns him the true title of "counselor" as he provided me with advice that was a mix of legal smarts and emotional support. Kyle doesn't tell you what you want to hear - he tells you what you need to hear. He walks you through the options, the steps, and the realities so that you can make the best decisions for yourself (and in my case, my kids). I'm sure that if I had gone with a different lawyer - my outcome (and the outcome for my kids) would have been very different. Thank you Kyle!

Thank you very much. I always like to hear that a client is very happy with the work I was able to do for them. Even better is when they notice the operations that I undertake on their behalf.

Excellent Attorney! Highly recommended!

Kyle is an excellent attorney and he will do exactly what he says. Himself and his team are very friendly and easy to approach , discuss and very quick to respond via phone calls and emails. I hired him to help my wife to come out of a sensitive issue . Kyle came out with a solution to fix issue at t...he very first hearing @court , which brought peace of mind and stress free situation in our family. it's a wonderful and pleasant experience to work with Mr.Kyle and we strongly recommend him who are in need of immediate solution!

Great results and knowledge in many aspects of law!

I used Kyle many years ago for speeding tickets when I was young and had a heavy foot. Kyle always treated me fairly and handled my case with favorable results while keeping me informed throughout the process. When my Girlfriend was arrested last August for a DUI and they arrested me for being in t...he passenger seat (never heard of that before) Kyle was the first person that came to mind that I could trust to handle her case as well as mine. Kyle consulted with both of us and had a complete plan of action that would allow her to keep her license and to void from my record the frivolous charges that Forsyth county gave me just for being a passenger! His service throughout this was great but what put him above and beyond others and promoted me to write this review was that while he was working this case, I had received two speeding tickets and he helped me with them without question! He gave me advice and helped negotiate a plea with the district attorney. While in his office one day, just to thank him for all that he had done for my girlfriend and I, we talked about my job in which I have a opportunity to become partners and he even took the time to ask questions and said that he would look over our agreement when I had it just to make sure that I was protected! What else can you ask for in a attorney; he has helped me in every aspect and I would definitely let him and his team represent me again.
