Biography
I started out clerking for a federal judge and, then, transitioned into the private practice of personal injury law doing, initially, both plaintiff and defense work. Eventually, I devoted my practice solely to plaintiff's claims for personal injury in areas involving, auto collisions, products liability, toxic torts, aviation, medical malpractice and wrongful death. I have been a president of several trial lawyer organizations and been an active speaker at numerous CLE presentation. With a long and successful career, I am uniquely qualified to undertake the representation of almost any civil personal injury litigation claim.

missed cancer diagnosis
Mr. Blank was excellent in deposition he asked all the right questions and it resulted in a reasonable settlement without a trial. He really understands exactly what is important to succeed and is knowledgeable and efficient in concluding the action.
