I began my immigration process with attorney Lizeth Paola Gomez Uscategui, on the recommendation of her relative Diego Duque Uscategui, a Colombian Navy Officer. The lady started my process on May 27/2022, date from which, she has not advised me or helped me at all. He only took my money and to date... he does not want to return it to me. It's a total of $3,500 dollars that represents all my savings and he doesn't want to give it back to me. He argues that due to the investigation processes he is not going to return my money, but in reality he has done absolutely nothing and has only replied to tell me that he has received the deposits. I do not understand what kind of lawyer in the United States in Georgia takes advantage of good faith and steals from his clients and does not comply with anything agreed in the contracts he draws up. Please help me report this lady who left me without money and completely affected. I have been more than 3 months without being able to advance in my immigration case because of this lady who does not want to answer me. Hard additional disappeared for more than 20 days, without answering emails or cell phone and now he tells me that the fees are not reimbursed. She is a criminal scammer who takes advantage of her clients.
