Biography
I am an attorney with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Regional Counsel in Decatur, Georgia. I represent VA facilities (hospitals, clinics, regional offices and cemeteries) and personnel in a wide range of legal matters (tort claims, employment, labor, contract and ethics) throughout Georgia and South Carolina. I provide ethics training for all VA employees. I also teach Continuing Legal Education courses on Veterans Legal Issues, Ethics and Professionalism. Prior to joining the VA I spent ten years in private practice in Houston, Texas.
