My very first accident was no fault of mine by far. But there was a problem, once I came too from the shock. The other party of the incident jetting off. Being seen about from my close friends, one of them suggested Timothy Storm. I called the next day explained in detail about my situation and from ...that point on he work diligently to find the owner of the other party. Tim made sure that he called or emailed me with updates about my case. Anything he needed from me or needed to sign. He also, emailed me copies of paperwork that he sent over to the other insurance company, which I appreciated a great deal. That showed me that he does what he says and that developed trust in me for him. Second go round, the same work ethic and consistent flow for my second accident, again not my fault, but this time my kids were involved. In this accident the other party was physical there, but the insurance company was hell. Gave us the run around for about a month or so, until Tim put his foot down with the legal paperwork that got them moving..... Overall, Tim did an amazing job for me twice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Tim!
