Biography
Sally Fox is the owner and managing partner of Fox Legal, LLC. Sally focuses her practice on family law, civil litigation and mediation. The offices of Fox Legal, LLC are located in Decatur, Georgia and Sally practices in all metro area courts.
Sally grew up in the Washington, DC area and graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Krosno, Poland, where she taught English as a Second Language. After receiving her Masters Degree in Liberal Studies from St. Johns College in Annapolis, MD, Sally relocated to Atlanta where she taught adult English language classes before attending law school at the Georgia State University College of Law.
Sally received her J.D., cum laude, in 2010 and has been a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia since 2010. Her legal experience focuses on all areas of Family Law including divorce litigation and mediation, custody and post-divorce litigation as well as drafting settlement agreements and pre and post-nuptial agreements. Sally is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Georgia, is a registered neutral and mediator for all types of civil cases, and is available to serve as a Guardian ad Litem.
Sally is a member of the Family Law section of the State Bar of Georgia. She has served as the President of her Homeowners Association and is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the DeKalb Bar Association, the DeKalb Family Law Section of the local Bar and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Solo/Small Firm Section. Ms. Fox and her husband John reside in the Druid Hills area of Atlanta and are the proud parents of Harry the dog.
