David H. Jones

David Jones was the attorney I had used in the past,and he had always done me justice.I hired David a month or so back for my son,I paid him $2500 in check and was making $125 a week payments .David failed to show up at my son's first court appearance and my son was told by the courts that he had no ...attorney registered on file! I called David and by luck he actually answered the phone,he said the paperwork must of gotten lost ( which was a lie) he never filed as attorney and to this day ( not registered as my son's attorney)! He never answers phone calls or messages,he's always got some injury or sickness,lies about contacting other people involved in my son's case! They stated they have tried to reach David several times and they leave voice mails but he never returns there call! He has seen my Son one time and that is it! Apply that he can't reach the district attorney ,which is a lie! District attorney can't reach David,cause he never returns his calls! David has turned into the worst attorney I've ever dealt with! I think $3000 is a little expensive for 1 phone call and 1 visit! I filed a complaint with the State Bar association,I'm asking for a refund for my $3000.If he's gonna accept my money then he could of a the least registered as my son's attorney!! He just wants your money and that's it! He has no clue what's going on with my son and his case! If your hired as a lawyer to represent someone,then at the least , file as there attorney,but David didn't even do that!! I would never recommend him to any one and when another attourney advised u to file a complaint with State bar,that speaks volumes!Read the other reviews and u will clearly see I'm one of multiple victims!!

Absolutely the worst attorney in Ga he over charged me and I still lost my case with no evidence plus witnesses were telling the DA I was the wrong person he never question them for the statements or facts the judge at Fulton county was highly disappointed in his careless & not prepared manners he w...as always late for court or barely showed up I went to jail behind a mistake of Fulton county that he lied and told me he had cleared & I was arrested at court he didn’t speak up for me at all he just looked and told me call him when I get down to booking then got to the jail he never answer the phone for me or showed up at 1st appearance David jones didn’t even inform me I had two separate cases so I was showing up for but not the other& he was paid to handle everything he left me hanging to the point I had court on Monday nov 17 went every single day until Friday the 21st because the judge actually felt sorry form me about how David jones played me he showed up on the last day late an I still got lock up in court about a charge I never knew I had but he did an never told me please please go the other way unless you want to be flown to a USP you’re not winning a case dealing with Mr jones you’ve been warned

WHENI first began interviewing for an attorney about 10yrs ago I was highly skeptical. I had no trust and limited knowledge other than past run ins minor in nature. I concluded most were all about their financial gain with little concern for the client..DAVID JONES CHANGER ALL THAT.for many years he ...has demonstrated sincerity,compassion and extreme proficiency.He is a man of his word and the epitome of a southern gentleman. I dare to think where I would have been had it not been for his help. He always returns my calls in a timely manner.I'm sure he has thousands of clients but he has a way of making you feel you are the most important. I can't say enough positive feedback but every word is completely sincere .I have referred him numerous times to family and friends of which all were deeply satisfied. He's one of a kind. They don't make attorneys like that anymore . For that matter most people in general. He sets high standards for himself and his practice reflects such.MY name is Roxanne Jenkins and I practised nursing in one of our local hospitals for 20yrs. David does much for the community as well.Excellent attorney and person I deeply trust. That's important this day and time!

The absolute WORST!!!! attorney in Georgia. I only got to meet him when I was consulting with different attorneys to determine who I would hire. Throughout my entire DUI case he never showed up to court for any of my case hearings. The very first time I had to go to court he did not show up -and d...id not answer my calls until TWO hours later. I had to ask for a continuance. The next appearance at court his assistant told me that morning he would be sending an attorney who worked with him who was also LATE to court. Attorney Jones missed several deadlines related to my case and pretty much did the bare minimum. He refused to negotiate with the D.A. to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving. At my final court hearing he did not show up once again and he sent a his friend who was an attorney, who I had never met are spoke with to trial with me. Let's just say I could have saved myself the money I paid him and represented myself and got a better deal. He is really cheap but you pay for what you get and I learned the hard way. Pay the extra money a get a good attorney.

David Jones totally screwed me. He would come to court cases not prepared. Not even knowing circumstances or facts about the case. How do you defend someone when you dont even know what your gonna say when your in court.. 4 out of 5 times he arrived late to court. The other time he sent a first ...year lawyer for my case, who told me that I had no chance to win. He had me plead guilty so that I could appeal a suppression case, but as soon as i signed paper work he said his appeals were 6-8% successful. I hired a new lawyer, and he has turned the entire case around. I have a civil lawsuit that is pending for actions and false statements that were in the discovery and with testimonies made in court. So in short, if I was you, I wouldnt give this guy a nickel. On a side note, he and his assistant busted my chops for payments and money for court orderd documents they never even purchased. Moral of the story is why pay full price for a half ass effort. Stay away from this clown. I dont know how hes even made it this far. He cant win for you, when hes playing on both teams!
