David H. Jones

Mr. Jones was not prepared for my sons criminal case. He was never present for conversations, never went to the county jail to discuss about the case, never read the discovery packet. He wS always out surgery or sone type of illness. His assistant always stood strong for Mr. Jones, and sold promises... as gold. I am ashamed for making that decision, he clearly stood for the other team. Did not challenge the DA, did not cross examine witness’s. However, Mr. Jones was always available to take payment. Please do your research on Mr. Jones. I have never been so cheated in my life. So if your case is serious and possibly jail time may be involved RUN. Mi should have wrote this years ago when I met him at his Auburn Avenue office and then he made his way to Decatur destroying more families. Serious/ big cases he cannot handle or refuse to work for his clients. I would never recommend him not even for a traffic ticket.

He possess a genuine compassion for law, a rare thing in todays society, especially in an urban setting such as Atlanta. Don't waste your time with anyone else when it comes to a criminal case, go to David Jones and receive the justice you deserve!
