The Vaughn Law Firm, in particular Mr. Kirby Smith handled my case with the Department of Navy. They spent 2 1/2 years clearing my name, getting me reinstated to my job, arranging for me to be able to retire at my highest grade, back pay, and becoming a rehired annuitant for 12 months. They were grea...t to work with.

I hired Mr. Vaughn in April to represent me in a proposal for removal case (federal employment). Mr. Vaughn submitted my response on the final day and included none of the statements that I had acquired. I was billed $560 for the drafting of an appeal that was an exact match to the written response.... When I questioned the billing practices and not including evidence he insinuated that I was guilty and threatened to withdraw understanding I was having financial issues since the proposal had been sustained.
