He kepted me well informed about my case and charged me less than other attorneys I've had. I didn't think that I was going to get this case dismissed, but he found some technical reason and the judge let me go. I can't say that he called me all the time, but he knows what he is doing. I'd hire hi...m again.

I would not recommend this attorney to tie my shoe. He was assigned to represent my son about a year ago. He has never called my son, never visited my son, and never sent any paperwork. It does not matter if your client in presently in jail. The attorney is obligated to keep his client informed. ... Since my son is unable to make a lot of calls in his present situation, I checked on his case with his consent. I have left message after message for this fool (attorney) to call me. Not one time has his clerk ever said they need to speak with my son directly. All I was ever told was that the attorney will be given the message and call me back. We have been in the complete dark on this case since this attorney took over. No other attorney has ever failed to return my call or to provide an update on my son's case. Just this attorney. In November, another court notice came indicating my son had a hearing in Dec. I called this attorney to inquire if my son was going to court or not. I left a message with his clerk. I also Dekalb Public Defenders for assistance with speaking with this attorney. Instead of calling himself, this attorney had his clerk to call. And it really pissed me off to be told that my son has a hearing in Dec. I already knew that and I told the clerk that is the reason why I am calling in the first place. I want to know if my son will be brought to court or not. As usually, I was told she would give this attorney this message. I never heard back from him, just like all the other times. A few weeks after the Dec hearing, I got a bench warrant in the mail for my son for failing to come to court. I liked to have hit the darn roof. To this date, I have not spoken to this attorney to even find out what happen. Did he miss court? If so why? Why is there a warrant out for my son. I called his office and told his clerk about the warrant and she seemed completely unaware…. My recommendation is to not use this attorney…
