Teresa A. DiPonzio is a Georgia licensed attorney and registered mediator. She is a South Carolina native who has lived in Gwinnett County, Georgia, for over 20 years. Teresa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Coker College in Hartsville, SC, and her Juris Doctor Degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
Our firm’s primary focuses are personal injury law and mediation. Teresa is passionate about helping those injured by the negligence of others. She has spent the majority of her legal career handling various personal injury cases. Teresa knows what it takes to get her clients what they deserve and fights hard for each and every one.
Teresa also has a passion for mediation and believes strongly that mediation is a great way to resolve cases. She is available to mediate civil and domestic cases in many areas of law. Teresa has been mediating for the Fulton County Landlord/Tenant Mediation Program for 6 years. She has the unique prospective of having represented clients at mediation as well as having served as a mediator.
Teresa is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in the State Court of Georgia, Superior Court of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court, and Georgia Court of Appeals.

Replied last January 29, 2019I have no way of knowing who left this review or the circumstances, which makes it difficult to respond. In June 2016 I was working with a firm and I handled personal injury cases on a contingency basis, so I wouldn't have billed for an email, and this "client" would not have paid me anything. I also do not recall a case in which the "client" did everything to prepare the case. As for the time span, three months is not a reasonable amount of time to finalize and settle most cases. My office works hard to keep the lines of communication open and strive to do the very best always for our clients.
