Extremely Disappointed My experience with this law firm was deeply disappointing. I retained this attorney with the expectation of receiving professional, ethical, and dedicated legal representation during one of the most difficult times my family has ever faced. Unfortunately, that was not my exp...erience. After accepting a flat-fee retainer, concerns I raised about my family’s representation were not addressed in a meaningful way. Instead of working to resolve those concerns, I felt that the focus shifted to obtaining additional money by attempting to change the terms of the original fee agreement. When I declined to agree to those changes, the attorney sought to withdraw from representation, despite the significant impact this had on my family while serious felony charges were pending. Throughout the process, I found the attorney to be lacking in professionalism, compassion, and empathy. I expected an advocate who would communicate openly, honor the agreement that was made, and put my family’s interests first. Instead, I was left feeling abandoned during a critical stage of the case. Every client deserves honest communication, professionalism, and representation that places their legal interests above financial considerations.
