Best of the BEST

Amy was my attorney during my difficult divorce. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was informed in every aspect of my divorce. She made me feel safe, important, and knowledgeable during the entire process. Amy made herself accessible through her personal cell, text as well as email at all tim...es. She is always very professional and does her best to explain each and every step of the way during and after the divorce. I would have been lost without her strong support. Amy will fight for what is right for all of her clients. If I could rate her a 10 and above I certainly would!! I thank God for Amy coming into my life and representing me.

Any Carter ... Divorce Attorney

Amy Carter was referred to me by many of my friends. I cannot express enough gratitude in the way Amy took full charge and handled a difficult divorce for me. Her professionalism, caring, and yet strong ability was greatly appreciated. Divorce is never easy, especially after 34 years; but if anyo...ne is needing an excellent attorney, Amy Carter is the BEST!!!!

Mrs. to Ms.

Amy Carter is what a lawyer should be; hard-working, dependable, and honest! She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes the process as easy as it should be (despite the circumstances). Mrs. Carter represented myself during my long (awful) divorce from my husband and I'm thankful I had her by... my side. Her professionalism does not compare to anyone or anything. Mrs. Carter not only defended me but she fought for me. The best decision I made was hiring her, trusting her, and allowing her to guide me through my divorce process. Amy Carter is a 10/10! Highly recommend to everyone!

Poor representation ! Not experienced !

I had a TPO order in which I hired her for representation. Prior to the first court appearance we sat for 3 hours where at length I provided her with my background including personal medical and personal information IMPORTANT tothe case some which was highly sensitive in manner After the TPO case w...as heard I was livid, appalled and to say the least highly disappointed in that my ex was given all the benefits her attorney requested including keeping the non martial home and supervised child visitation. I was waiting for a petition to be filed against the supervised visits and her reply was “We need to hammer this out “. She is never available via email or phone which is another red flag and it takes up MY time to get a response in a timely manner I have since found a much more seasoned attorney with experience in divorce and family law.
