Biography
The Williamson Law Firm is a full-service personal injury firm assisting victims of car, motorcycle and truck accidents, drunk driving accidents, wrongful death, drowning, traumatic brain injury, nursing home neglect, daycare neglect, negligent security, premises liability, slip and fall accidents, dangerous and defective products.
For years I defended large insurance companies such as State Farm, Farmers Insurance and Kemper Insurance as well as corporations such as the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Thrashers. I felt my skill and experience in defending and dealing with big insurance companies could be better used to serve those injured by negligence in my community. Since then, I've successfully pursued claims and litigation against various large companies to hold them accountable for their negligence: Walmart, Kroger, Publix, MARTA, Comcast, Thomas Concrete, Six Flags, Georgia Aquarium, Aramark, Atlanta Motor Speedway, Hyatt Hotels, BMW, and CVS.
Pursuing injury and wrongful death cases can be terribly upsetting, frustrating, and sometimes, painfully slow. My goal is to help my clients through this process with an honest assessment of their case, integrity in dealing with all parties, and tenacity in fighting the insurance companies for a successful outcome for victims.
A Personal Note
I moved to Dunwoody, Georgia in 1978 and actually live next door to the house in which I grew up. I'm fortunate to have a wonderful family and parents who instilled in me the principles of honesty and a strong work ethic at an early age. My wife and I have three young daughters. When I'm not working, I enjoy coaching soccer and basketball at St. Jude the Apostle in Sandy Springs where we are parishioners.
