Very disappointed in this law firm office

So I called her office to set up a free consultation over the phone 2 weeks ago and they scheduled my appointment today.. Even though they didn’t have any earlier appointments I still waited..Yesterday I received a reminder about my phone consultation for today and I told they told me to give them a ...call.. Today at my exact appointment time I called them and the secretary tells me that the lawyer will call me from her personal cellphone I’m a few minutes... 30 minutes go by and I called the lawyers office back and I ask the secretary if they forgot about me. First she comes off rude and tells me that the lawyer had an emergency and she had to leave the office and that she will call me within the next hour... I never received a phone call from them at all. I waited 2 weeks for this..First impressions mean a lot to me and my first impressions of them is that they are very Unreliable and Unprofessional- how am I supposed to trust a lawyer like this .. I totally get emergencies can happen but you call the possible client and let them know “hey there was an emergency and we are very sorry” instead of making people wait hours and hours. They lost a possible client and if they treat everyone the way they did, they will lose many more.

I would like to apologize for your negative experience with my law firm. Professionalism and client satisfaction are our top priorities. We had an emergency deportation hearing yesterday afternoon and I asked my receptionist to call you and reschedule your telephonic appointment for an earlier time, which she said she did, and received no response. When you called at your scheduled appointment time, I was in court and unable to speak. We offer free phone consultations, when most immigration law firms do not, as a convenience to potential clients. We are again very sorry for that this became an inconvenience for you. If you are willing to let me correct the situation, please email me at [email protected] or call me at (404) 892-8300 to talk further.

Simply Perfect!

Having to deal with my case was extremely stressful. Trying to understand the laws are difficult. A friend of mine referred Pamela to me and it was the best call I ever made. She is efficient, determined and honestly cares. You can see it when she is in court. You see the passion behind her fight for... you. Needless to say, the results of my case were beyond what I thought was possible. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend her.
