Jamaican National claimed to be a U.S. citizen on many occasions and was convicted of false statements. He also used an American passport in order to visit his dying father many years ago and was caugh ... t by CBP officers. He has resided in the United States for over twenty years and has 3 U.S. citizen children and a U.S. citizen spouse. Several lawyers turned him down. He hired us to file a motion for bond, which we were successfully able to obtain.
