Nancy Raylene Wasdin

I meet with Nancy where we spent over an hour discussing the documents I needed to secure my financial assets. I felt the meeting went very well, she was very informative; we then agreed on the next steps which included her preparing the documents over the next two weeks. I followed up with an emai...l a few days later providing Nancy with a status on my deliverables but no response. It has now been over 6 weeks and Nancy has not response to any of my voicemail messages nor emails. Not only am I confused and disappointed, I just don't understand how a professional can treat clients this way.

Nancy was very responsive and helpful with our complex estate. She was also very helpful explaining complex legality in a straightforward manner and pointing out the potential pitfalls with some of the things we wanted and recommending alternative options. I would recommend her to anyone needing a ...will or trust.
