Biography
I have been practicing law in Georgia since 1988 after graduating from Emory School of Law. My clients include contractors, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, landlords, tenants and business owners. Our firm handles real estate disputes, business disputes, construction related matters including contract review and anyalysis. We file and pursue mechanic's liens. We handle matters all over the state of Georgia and have contacts and local attorneys that allow us to represent clients in matters throughout the United States. I am and AV rated Martindale Hubbell Attorney. I have appeard on local radio and television programs as an expert in landlord tenant law and have been quoted in several articles in US News and World Report. I have been married to Michele since 1985 and have two adult children. I love to play sports including softball and golf and enjoy traveling and cruising.
