I contacted Mr. Coleman at 9:00AM while trying to find my way out of a legal crisis. Danny Coleman did a business bankruptcy and a personal case for me earlier this year. While it was confusing exactly what was going on sometimes, he did a great job explaining why my business case was taking so much longer than my personal case to close. Danny represented us in a bankruptcy proceeding. He was very pushy as was his staff. At the end of the day, he failed to show up to our court date. He also failed to make sure our IRS debt was successfully included in our debts discharged. Since we posted an extension, Danny did not advise us that th...is would extend our bankruptcy date. He took no responsibility and we are on the hook for $25,000 that we paid him to include in the bankruptcy. We missed it by 13 days. Unprofessional, late and never prepared. I regret the day I ever stumbled on his name. Oh..his subject expertise noted above is not accurate. He does not specialize in bankruptcy. Run...
