Danny Coleman did a business bankruptcy and a personal case for me earlier this year. While it was confusing exactly what was going on sometimes, he did a great job explaining why my business case was taking so much longer than my personal case to close. Danny represented us in a bankruptcy proceeding. He was very pushy as was his staff. At the end of the day, he failed to show up to our court date. He also failed to make sure our IRS debt was successfully included in our debts discharged. Since we posted an extension, Danny did not advise us that th...is would extend our bankruptcy date. He took no responsibility and we are on the hook for $25,000 that we paid him to include in the bankruptcy. We missed it by 13 days. Unprofessional, late and never prepared. I regret the day I ever stumbled on his name. Oh..his subject expertise noted above is not accurate. He does not specialize in bankruptcy. Run...

We went to him to help us with our bankruptcy. The first meeting was pretty good, a lot was promised. He did end up finishing the work, but the hassle was not worth it. The office will not inform you of anything, you have to constantly call them, and drive to the office to ever to get anyone to answe...r a question for you. Literally, I had to go and sit at the office for up to two hours sometimes because I didn't know what was going on with my case, I would receive letters from the courts with no help or support from my lawyer. We have used many lawyers in our past for our business. This was the worst service I have ever seen from a law office.This was a horrible time for us, having to go through this process, and to have a law office like this to deal with added 10x more stress.
