Genuine Care for My Family’s Future

I had an excellent experience working with Allison Byrd on my estate planning. From the initial consultation to the final signing, she was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Allison took the time to explain all my options in clear, understandable terms and made sure my wishes were f...ully conveyed in the documents. Allison and her support team made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable. I now have peace of mind knowing everything is in order. I highly recommend Allison Byrd to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled estate planning attorney.

Working with Allison at Morgan & DiSalvo, PC was very thorough and easy experience. Allison assessed our needs and took our goals into consideration when finding the right tools for us in planning our Estate and Wills for our family. Allison was always readily available to talk with us and took the ...time to walk us through any and all changes and requests that we had. Highly recommend Allison for all your needs.

Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Thorough

My wife and I needed to revise our estate planning documents, because since our last documents were executed we had moved to Georgia, our adult daughter had become disabled, and the tax laws had changed. Allison was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the documents we would need. She also ask...ed our preferences and offered suggestions on how to include them in our estate plan. When the drafts were provided to us, Allison took the time to explain each of the documents and answer our questions when the legal phrasing was somewhat unclear to us. She guided us through the Power of Attorney and Medical Directive drafts and explained the possible outcomes of the choices available to us. She also provided a cover letter which not only included a summary of our bequest preferences but also how best to achieve those preferences. Included with the cover letter were instructions on how to title ownership in our accounts and assets in Georgia so our preferences were more readily accomplished upon our demise and what title changes would be necessary when the first of us dies. Lastly, she suggested non-legal documents we may want to prepare to assist our executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in carrying out and explaining our final wishes. Allison is a very pleasant person with whom to work, and we highly recommend her.

Very positive experience

Allison helped me with my estate planning after my recent divorce. She was able to explain things in an easily understandable way and was very patient with my questions throughout the process. Allison is very attentive to her clients and responds very quickly to any communication attempts. I felt ...like she gave me the same attention she would be giving to much more complex and involved cases. I value greatly working with someone who listens closely and respectively to whatever I have to say and Allison is excellent at that. She is a true professional in every way.
