Peter Pearson is one of the best lawyers I have ever met and came into contact with. He is very intelligent, persistent, and reliable. One of his greatest assets is his communication skills. My case was a ver...y difficult one because the "at fault" driver was not supposed to be driving due to her past history. Although the car she was driving had insurance she was legally not permitted to drive it because she lied on her insurance application about her previous driving history. The lawsuit was drug out in the court system over a year and a half until they sided on her insurance companies side and we were forced to use my "uninsured motorist" portion of my policy to handle the claims and suit. Pete stuck through the whole long process and never gave up. He was very persistent in fighting for what was right and fair for this incident.  It was a privilege work with him. Peter Pearson represented me for four years on what I am sure was one of his most impossibly drawn out cases!
