Highly Recommended!
I rarely give out 5 stars but I found no category to give less. I was in the middle of a custody case and was very unsatisfied with previous lawyers responsiveness, professionalism, and I did not even know what our strategy would be. So I decided to seek new counsel. From our first conversation, I kn...
"I usually wouldn’t respond to a review of another attorney, but the review posted by Ms. Faulhaber’s client on July 9th is inaccurate. I was opposing counsel and not privy to any of their communication; however, I did attend the mediation session in question. Ms. Faulhaber was a zealous advocate for a difficult client. The mediation was initially postponed because of a jury trial in another county. We couldn’t reschedule because Jeff chose to leave the country. The case came very close to settlement several times, but no settlement was reached because he refused to pay any reasonable amount of child support. At mediation, a 50/50 schedule was proposed, but no agreement could be reached on child support. What Jeff omitted was the $1M+ of the marital estate squandered on day-trading or the multiple affairs which ultimately caused the separation. Finally, his decision to fire his counsel resulted in the unfavorable ruling. Ms. Faulhaber’s client was the architect of his own demise."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Tamar on a Board of Directors for approximately a year and a half. She is a skilled attorney with a strong sense of community. I endorse her whole heartedly."
