Bulldog with my EEOC claim - Pleasure to work with

Ms. Hipes was the utmost professional and expert in my EEOC claim. She stuck to her promised timelines regarding preparation of our response, correspondences with the EEOC, and final submission. She was empathetic, considering the ordeal I had endured, and articulated it very effectively. The respon...se she prepared was thorough, accurate, compelling, and extremely well written. Jeanne knew exactly what needed to happen when and so kindly guided me through the process. I would strongly recommend her for your legal needs. She was a bulldog with my case, but an absolute pleasure to work with.

Excellent Legal Representation

After researching attorneys specializing in employment law and litigation, I selected Jeanne Bynum Hipes to represent me in a breach of contract case against my former employer. I can state unequivovally hiring Mrs. Bynum Hipes was the best decision I could have made. I was so impressed with Mrs. H...ipes after our initial meeting with her ability to sort through a tremendous amount of information and then write a demand letter capturing the facts with near precision. The letter Mrs. Hipes drafted was so powerful that it in itself clearly outlined to my former employer that Mrs. Hipes was a professional, skilled trial attorney. Although my former employer attempted to resist and continue their efforts of breaching the contract I had secured with them upon my resignation, Mrs. Hipes was quick and to the point in countering their arguments. Mrs. Hipes won my claim (in full plus attorney fees) without needing to file suit or enter an arbitration/mitigation scenario. Clearly, I would always recommend that a person attempt to work out differences prior to seaking legal representation because there is never a guarantee you will win, but if you find yourself in need of an experienced litigator or employment lawyer, Jeanne Bynum Hipes is the Georgia attorney you should be speaking with! I would describe Mrs. Hipes as calm, calculated, thoughtful, responsive, and honest. I was so impressed with Mrs. Hipes' calm demeanor during stressful responses from my former employer's attorney. Mrs. Hipes always thought the issue through, responded strongly with facts, and in each case shut down the other attoner's attempt to counter our claim. Also, I want to mention, although attorney fees are costly, I feel Mrs. Hipes was more than fair with her billings. In short, I can't recommend Mrs. Hipes high enough and should I ever need an attorney again in the future she is without doubt the attorney I will use.

Hipes Law

I highly recommend Jeanne as an attorney. Jeanne was able to get very favorable results in my financial dispute with a former employer. She creates an atmosphere of class and professionalism that gives her clients a high comfort level. Jeanne is honest throughout the legal process and keeps her cl...ients informed about any potential positive outcome, but also about any potential risks that are a part of any case. Jeanne showed that she was a shrewd negotiator when the offer for a pre-trial settlement was presented. I would definitely recommend Jeanne for any legal needs.
