We have raised our family here, and we have also based our law firm in Alpharetta. We started this firm with a goal of serving our client needs. All too often, those in need of legal counsel run into road blocks, fears and frustrations. The Mitnick Law Firm is here to help. We work with our clients to ensure the resolution not only exceeds all legal parameters that need to be met, but we also work to satisfy our client goals and needs.
We handle all types of law within our practice, but our areas of practice can be broken into 4 categories.
1. Family Law: Divorce, Custody, Alimony, Child Support, Child Custody
2. Criminal Law: DUI, Minors in Possession, Drug Crimes, and other matters.
3. Personal Injury: Car and truck accidents, slip and fall, and other matters.
