Biography
I am an Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Accredited VA attorney, practicing in Atlanta, Georgia, and serve all of the State of Georgia. My practice encompasses Wealth Management, Wills, Trusts, all aspects of Elder Law, and I help our Veterans and their widows obtain the Veterans Benefits they have earned through their service to our country. I assist clients who qualify for Aid and Attendance and Homebound benefits.
I am an instrument-rated, multi-engine commercial pilot and retired parachutist (after having broken a leg during a jump in Denver, Colorado), a voracious reader, love sailing off Charleston, and cool, new computer technology that comes onto my radar. I volunteer my time to a number of charitable organizations including SeniorNet, a program to teach seniors how to use computers and the internet, and am an avid fan of Tar Heel basketball.
