I Highly Recommend Davis Nelson

Davis and his staff helped my widowed mother obtain maximum VA benefits, and we got approved much faster than we had expected. My family is really pleased with the result and the excellent work that was done for us, and it will make a big difference in the care my elderly mother will be able to affo...rd. Davis really knows what he is doing when it comes to the VA, and is a really nice guy to work with.

Estate planning lawyer | Dec 04

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Davis for some time and have found him to be exceptional. He knows the law -- that much can be quickly determined by reading his books and looking at his websites. His background is stellar -- the breadth of experience and knowledge in estate planning and tax. The best thing about Davis -- and other lawyers who know him say the same thing -- is he is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I thought when I first met him "There has to be a catch -- he can't be THIS nice." But he is. He loves to help people and it comes through when you first meet him. I highly recommend him as an estate planning lawyer and I'm honored to call him a friend as well"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
