In 2003 we purchased a rental property on Hilton Head Island. Denson Fraser was our real estate attorney at closing. Since that time he has represented us in several additional closings. All of our closings were on schedule, completely accurate without any surprises. Upon moving to the island we s...ought Denny’s counsel regarding a review of our living trust. After reviewing our documentation changes were made to the trusts and duly recorded in South Carolina. We also sought Denny’s help in civil litigation against a tenant. His knowledge in matters of law made him a great warrior of justice. A successful warrior I might add. Through the years of knowing Denny we have found him to be a great attorney, wonderful story teller, author and a man with a marvelous sense of humor. Denson “Denny” Fraser is our attorney and legal counsel but much more important he is our Friend.
