Denny is amazing. My father unfortunately passed last year in South Carolina without a will. As a New Yorker who has never been to South Carolina let alone hire a lawyer this was a nightmare. In 2003 we purchased a rental property on Hilton Head Island. Denson Fraser was our real estate attorney at closing. Since that time he has represented us in several additional closings.
