Peter John Nosal

I was wrongfully accused of a hit and run. After reading prior reviews of Nosal & Jeter, I hired them for my case. The Lancaster court took a year, but after many motions, the case was thrown out. They saved me a lot of problems that could have occurred from this case including my driver's license be...ing revoked or possible car insurance problems. They kept me updated throughout every motion, including looping me in with court dates (even though they said I would not need to attend). Would hire again, if I needed representation.

As an out of state resident, I picked up a speeding ticket in SC. I did some research online, was even contacted by other attorneys, but a recommendation for this firm came from a family member who lives in the area, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Lauren and April in the of...fice were quick to assist with answers to questions, and a clear explanation of what would happen. Hopefully I don't get another ticket in that state, but if I did, Nosal and Jeter would be the firm I contact immediately.

I never spoke with Mr. Nosal and only spoke with and dealt with Lauren and April and both were very friendly and professional so I never felt as though I needed to to speak with Mr. Nosal. And I never asked to. As I said to April when I spoke with her at the conclusion of my case, I am thrilled with the outcome but hope to never have to use them again. But it's nice to know if I do need help in the future, I know who to call. Thanks a bunch!!!

Driving home from a ski vacation with two screaming children in car seats, the trooper caught me doing 92 in a 60. He took pity on me and wrote it down to an 82 in a 60 as he issued the ticket. I contacted Mr. Nosal's firm, to see if they could assist with further reducing the 4 point violation (wh...ich would have been 6 points at 92). The impact it would have had on my insurance premiums was very concerning. For their basic fee the ticket was reduced to a 2 point violation with no further monies owed to the court or the firm. What a deal! While I need to drive more safely, and hope not to get any more tickets, if this ever happens to me again in York I will immediately be contacting Mr. Nosal. Very satisfied, thank you so much!!!!
