Mr. Nosal handled my Lancaster County May 2019 traffic citation with complete professionalism, especially with me being from out of town and was just traveling through the area back home to North Carolina. I have to start with the fact that the office took my traffic case last minute. I was to appear in court on Monday and they took my case the prior Thursday/ Friday. I was nervous about it but they contacted me after the court date and let me know everything that could happen after and put my mind at ...ease. During the pandemic I understand communication was difficult during this time because the courthouse closures however, the office was right there when it was my time and took care of everything. Received a speed trap ticket for 65mph in a 45mph. Officer told me that the vehicle he tagged didn't stop but since I did, it was just going to be my bad luck. I recently traveled to Jasper County, SC in a rental vehicle. I was stopped and cited for speeding. I live four hours away and decided to find a local attorney to address this matter. I went to an attorneys office in Beaufort, SC that specializes in citations. The office looked at the citation and ad...vised me to "Pay and attend a drivers class" as this officer (who they knew by name) would never agree to anything other than what was on the ticket. I was told he was a hard-nose. I called another firm in Walterboro, SC and was told there was nothing more he could do as the moving violation was already lowered.
