Peter John Nosal

My son received a speeding ticket in a small SC town where the speed limit was not clearly marked. He was driving 48 miles per hour in an area which apparently was only 35 mph. I contacted numerous attorneys prior to contacting Mr Nosal. They all said they were unable to help. Mr Nosal and his team... however were able to work with the court and they successfully got the charge dismissed. Their correspondence was very clear and their stated outcome given the facts was achieved. I'm both grateful and impressed with Mr Nosal & his firm.

This was my 1st time getting a speeding ticket and needing to hire an attorney to help me with it. I did a Google search and researched a few attorneys/practices before choosing Nosal & Jeter, LLP and Peter Nosal to represent. This was mostly because of the reviews I read and they way handled my ca...lls and questions. They made feel at ease, answered all my questions and made the process very simple and easy. I never spoke with Mr. Nosal and only spoke with and dealt with Lauren and April and both were very friendly and professional so I never felt as though I needed to to speak with Mr. Nosal. And I never asked to. As I said to April when I spoke with her at the conclusion of my case, I am thrilled with the outcome but hope to never have to use them again. But it's nice to know if I do need help in the future, I know who to call. Thanks a bunch!!!

The staff did a great job explaining the process and how it would be handled. Immediately after I called I had received an email with a detailed explanation and the necessary steps to take care of the ticket for my teenager. I was so worried I would have to pay increased insurance due to points. In... the end, he didn't receive any points and was extremely happy with the outcome. The staff is very professional and kept us updated throughout the process.
