Great experience with this firm. I live in North Carolina and recently had my first speeding ticket going 16 mph over the speed limit in SC. I paid a flat fee, and in return they got my ticket reduced to 4 mph with no points on my insurance. I didn't need to appear in court which was also great. Driving home from a ski vacation with two screaming children in car seats, the trooper caught me doing 92 in a 60. He took pity on me and wrote it down to an 82 in a 60 as he issued the ticket. I contacted Mr. Nosal's firm, to see if they could assist with further reducing the 4 point violation (wh...ich would have been 6 points at 92). The impact it would have had on my insurance premiums was very concerning. For their basic fee the ticket was reduced to a 2 point violation with no further monies owed to the court or the firm. What a deal! While I need to drive more safely, and hope not to get any more tickets, if this ever happens to me again in York I will immediately be contacting Mr. Nosal. I hired Mr. Nosal to represent me on a speeding 53 in a 35 zone zone. It was 6:20am the first week school was back in from summer vacation.
