If you need an attorney that will win your case for you then she's the one. She represented me in my divorce. My ex was spiteful and even went so far as to hire a PI. I was so afraid and had never been through anything like this in my life. She assured me that everything was going to turn out the way... I wanted. She fought with me for two years, assuring me the whole way I was in good hands. She answered every email, every phone call and ...every fear I had the day of. She doesn’t play. Kimberly has no manners at first I thought OK she is a tiger. No she is clueless. She arrived late for our hearing. She had the county, clerk, and the judges names all wrong on the document and at the last minute was making changes in the hallway and having initials signed by me and my ex. It was ver...y unprofessional. I was embarrassed. Who gets the wrong county on the docs wrong??? She completely doesn't care what you think. Her appearance was unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a check from my ex and asked her about it 2 times. Her reply was yes he will give it to you. I was also given the wrong copy of the final doc. It was one mistake and blunder after another. Very unprofessional and I would not hire her. I had to hire another attorney to get my divorced finalized after the one year.

She was great at first. Was pretty fierce at getting what I wanted the first final order (agreement) and fought off some contempt issues that were brought on by lies. But then everything went downhill. Both ex and I went to modify our agreement, she forgot to inform me about my temporary hearing. If ...it wasn't for the online docket, I would have not known about my own hearing. She showed up to that temporary hearing thinking that she was there for a contempt hearing. She was completely unprepared. She's too hard headed to admit she has too much on her plate to even remember your name (it happened multiple times). Then we had mediation. We came to an agreement at mediation but because Kimberly had to leave before she typed it (again too busy), the agreement was not signed and it fell apart before we could take it in front of a judge. because the mediated agreement was not signed, it has cost me thousands (with a new attorney), to fix what she screwed up and she still charged me to type and modify a mediated agreement that never happened. she just gave up fighting for what I felt was in my sons best interest towards the end.
