I was born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina and am 45 years old. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clemson University in 1991. In 1994, I obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolihna School of Law. From 1994 through 1999, I lived and worked in Nacogdoches, Texas. While there, I served as an Assistant District Attorney (state prosecutor) for five years. In 1999, I returned to South Carolina to serve as an Assistant United States Attorney (federal prosecutor). I handled more than 1000 cases during my tenure at the United States Attorney's Office, which gave me experience in many different types of cases, including federal murder cases, white collar crimes, drug crimes, firearms offenses, mail fraud, wire fraud, organized crime, conspiracy, and civil forfeiture. In 2010, I left the United States Attorney's Office and opened Parham Law Firm, LLC. My goal is to provide aggressive, effective representation for all of my clients. I look forward to speaking with you about your legal needs.

Any lawyer should think twice before opposing Partham law firm
Parham law firm investigated my case and noticed details that everyone else missed, resulting in a overwhelming victory in trial. There's no doubt in my mind that hiring any other law firm would have been a mistake.
"I have defended cases against Rose Mary when she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and I have seen her work as a defense attorney since she has been in private practice. She is very knowledgeable in the area of criminal defense and a top litigator in the courtroom."
"I highly endorse Rose Mary Parham. She is smart, dedicated, hardworking and an excelllent trial lawyer."
