Brooke Chapman Evans

Brooke is an amazing attorney who represented me in a very complicated child custody case that span over 3 states for nearly 2 years to include the 3 lawyers from the opposing party. As challenging as it was for me, Evans and Turnblad consistently advised me on my concerns, immediately addressed issu...es as they arose in court, and put the interests and “needs” of our children above all. Brooke is very intelligent with family law and a seasoned attorney that understands the positions of her clients. Many times I felt like she addressed my concerns as her own. It takes an amazing professional to reach solutions that she achieved. Communications were transparent and real. She never misled me with false expectations and always avail herself. She was highly recommended to me and everything I was told about her was spot-on. You will not be disappointed. Great law firm!!!

When given over 3 weeks to serve the other attorney before an emergency hearing she failed. Even the judge said she failed to do her job. This gave the opposing party time to get their case together. Which then allowed my them to take my son and give to extended family. Which the last time I checked ...biological parents have more rights to their children. Brooke knows this but still allowed a 3rd party to take over my emergency hearing with NO objections. I my opinion this was intentional to extend the outcome of this case and give everyone a bigger pay day.
