I had made a decision with a lack of good judgement and had to come to terms with how this would impact the rest of my life. As I prepared for the worst, I reached out to a credible source and was referred to Shannon. Shannon listened to my issue and assured me that she would do everything possible f...or the best possible outcome of the situation. She maintained constant communication throughout the entire process and made me feel that she genuinley cared for my future. She was immediately processing endless forms and gathering information for my protection. All the while, negotiating and fighting for the best possible outcome. When all was said and done I was very impressed with the resolution. It was better than I could have possibly hoped and gave me a second chance at a fresh start. While the circumstances surrounding our paths crossing was unfortunate, I am grateful that it happened.
