Shannon Christy McGrath

I was referred to Ms. McGrath by her fiancé, who is also an attorney (who was referred to me by my uncle). I am a teacher who was arrested in a September 2016 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly allowing a student to drive my car to McDonald's. The charges against me were dr...opped two months later partially due to Ms. McGrath's positive working relationship with members of the prosecutor's office. Immediately she submitted paperwork to have my record expunged and two months after the charges were dropped, it was. As it was my first time being arrested, obviously my family and I had a lot of questions. Ms. McGrath was always available to answer questions from myself, my mom, or my dad via phone, text, or email day or night. To make a long story short, thanks to Ms. McGrath and her fiancé I began teaching again 4 months after my record was expunged and I still hold a valid teaching license.
